The Club contains about 45 private-member cabins spread across the 8100 acres of owned and leased land. All cabins have less than 500 sq ft of living space, an outhouse, and were built by current or past members. They are maintained by individual members or groups of members according to regulations set forth by Lyme, the NYSDEC, and the Club by-laws.
